Super nice and monitored residential complex close to the center. Very large and stylishly furnished apartment with access to the pools in the complex.
The apartment is fully equipped, nicely decorated, you see birds , squirrels and iguanas from the balcony. Pool was super nice and the pool bar has great margaritas
We would have liked to have 6 chairs for all of us to sit on the balcony for coffee in the morning. And extra blanket for the couch or the bedroom would have been nice.

Refunds are determined by cancellation policies, and in addition, SPCR charges a 5% cancellation fee over the total booking amount or a minimum of USD 75 and added 13%, plus any applicable merchant fees. This will be withheld from any refund on a deposit. Refunds will be processed to the credit card on file, or via wire transfer if deposit was made by wire transfer. SPCR recommends travel insurance to cover any unforeseeable contingencies.
